Our Guarantee

At Moomoo Designs & Gifts all the products we use to create our Nappy Cakes and gifts are of the highest quality. If for some reason you are not entirely happy with part of your gift please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss. Any items that need replacing will need to be returned in their original condition with all tags and stickers still attached within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery Terms

Collection of gifts can be arranged within the Perth Metropolitan area or gifts can be delivered for a nominal fee. All orders will be delivered Monday to Friday. Saturday morning delivery will incur an extra surcharge of $5.00. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery information. Should your gift be getting delivered to a hospital please ensure you enter the mother's details in the delivery section as well as confirming mum and baby will still be there. If a second delivery attempt is needed you will incur this charge. Leaving a contact number for the recipient may prevent this incase of an incorrect address.

At Moomoo designs we will always try to assist your gift arriving as soon as possible. Should you require an urgent delivery please do not hesitate to contact us directly on 0419 120 380 to arrange.

Whilst Moomoo Designs & Gifts will always make every attempt to deliver your Nappy Cake or gift according to the above times unforeseen delays may occur.

Delivery fees are outlined below. To confirm delivery destination is in Perth Metro area, or to receive a delivery quote prior to placing your order, please contact us.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order once your payment has been received Moomoo Designs & Gifts will refund your payment less a 25% administration charge. Should the gift have already been dispatched we are unable to offer a refund.

Packaging

All of our Nappy Cakes and gifts come with free gift wrapping and gift cards to compliment your chosen colour. All Nappy Cakes come presented on a silver cake board.

Out of Stock Items

In some instances Moomoo Designs & Gifts may need to replace an out of stock item. If this is the case the items will be of same quality and cost. We always guarantee gifts will be of the highest quality and presentation.
